A shared calendar for clubs and communities
A club runs on a schedule everyone can see and a few people can manage. A space gives you both: shared calendars in one place, and roles so not everyone has the keys.
One space, clear roles
- Owner, admin, member, and viewer roles, so the right people can edit and the rest just read
- Shared calendars with recurrence and reminders for practices, meetings, and games
- Invite links and a join flow to bring new members in
- An audit log so admins can see what changed
Find a time the group can make
Availability polls let members paint when they are free, so you can pick a time that works for most of them. Event polls handle the rest, from a simple time-slot vote to ranked choice, and you lock in the result when it is settled.
Keep everyone in the loop
- Space chat and shared lists for the running to-dos
- Custom emoji for the group
- Members keep their personal calendars separate from the club schedule
Let members follow along in their own app
Publish the club schedule as a revocable public calendar link, or hand members a read-only subscription feed so it shows up in the calendar app they already use. Open events can take guest RSVPs from people outside the group.
What we do not do
No ads, no tracking, no engagement feed. Any calendar can be marked end-to-end encrypted, so its titles, descriptions, locations, and other event content are encrypted on your device and we cannot read them. Times stay readable so reminders still work. The Security page has the details.
